Qi Flow Yoga is a unique blend of strengthening dynamic yoga postures with fluid qigong movemants for vitality and energy to the body, mind and spirit.
Later in the day we practice Yin Yoga, a Taoist form of yoga that emphasizes stretching, targeting the connective tissue, stimulating the energy channels throughout the body, and building reservoirs of energy. The Yin style is a combination of restorative yoga and deeply relaxing poses that facilitate deeper openings in the body and mind.
Ina Kristine Lovdal teaches yoga and medical Qigong in Norway. She has developed a unique and personal teaching style that blends both Ashtanga Vinyasa flow / Power Yoga with softer Qigong movements to direct the flow of vital energy through the body for longevity, good health and vigor of body and mind. She has been swimming with and photographing dolphins all over the world. She is also certified in Dolphin Behavior and Dolphin-Assisted Therapy from the International laboratory for dolphin behavior research, Dolphin Reef, Israel.
