I spent a week with Wildquest in 2006, and I feel incredibly blessed to be traveling back to Bimini to swim with dolphins and share the beautiful practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

About David
David Robson lives with his family in Toronto, Canada, where he is the director of the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Toronto.

David began practicing yoga while pursuing a degree in Comparative Religion. After finishing school in 2002, he went to Mysore, India, and began his studies with Sharath Rangaswamy, grandson of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Since then David has made annual trips back to Mysore. In January 2008, he was officially authorized by the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

What is Ashtanga Yoga?
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressively more challenging series of postures. This process produces intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. It is a vigorous moving meditation that helps improve focus and relieve stress in day-to-day life.

Mysore is the traditional way of learning Ashtanga Yoga. The class is not led and all instruction is given on an individual basis. Your routine is based on your ability. As you gain strength, stamina, flexibility, and focus, poses will be added to your sequence. If you are totally new to ashtanga, your first class will be roughly 30 minutes.

As with all regular Human - Dolphin Connection Programs, we will be going out on the boat each day to connect with the dolphins. Usually we have a picnic lunch on the boat.

We will also visit the Atlantis Stones and snorkel at coral reefs.
Individual massage sessions will also be available.

Of course everything is optional.
Participate if it feels right for you or you may simply prefer to relax on the beach.
