Travel Insurance
You must purchase travel/cancellation insurance which is quite reasonable in cost. If you or a family member has a pre-existing medical condition that you want covered, you must purchase the insurance within 24 hours of the final payment of your WildQuest invoice.
Although it happens rarely, there are times when vacation plans have to be cancelled due to illness, family emergency or other situations that are not in your control.
It is also possible that a WildQuest program has to be cancelled due to conditions not under our control such as weather or other adverse conditions. In this case there will be no refunds, program reschedules or replacements possible, so you must get travel/cancellation insurance that covers this eventuality.
We have worked with the CSA Insurance group for quite a few
years and have found them to be very accommodating and good to
work with. Mention the WildQuest code 83363902.
You can see the details at CSATravelPro. This coverage will include cancellation by the Tour Operator due to severe weather. Always check that the insurance covers your total cost, including all flights.
If you reside outside the US/Canada, CSA will also provide coverage. To get the details please contact us.
