Journey to the Self
Therapists and healers carry a lot. Journey to the Self is a five-day immersive retreat in North Bimini created to make room for rest, curiosity, connection, and embodied learning.
Using Kanjana Hartshorne’s Koshas-in-Environment Model™, you will explore nervous system literacy, interoception, attunement, boundaries, and sustainable, neurodiversity-affirming ways of caring for yourself and supporting your work. The experience balances 15 CE credits with guided practices, reflection, ocean time, and space to integrate at your own pace.
Time with wild dolphins is an invitation to soften, open your heart, and connect with the natural world in a more reciprocal way. The dolphins often choose to approach us when conditions are right. We do not chase, touch, or ask them to perform. Instead, we make room for animal-led encounters rooted in presence, respect, wonder, and connection. Water participation is always optional.
This LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming retreat is designed with real nervous systems in mind, including rest, opt-in and opt-out choices, sensory supports, and welcomed accommodation requests. You will leave with practical tools, renewed connection to yourself and community, and a more spacious foundation for the life and work you care about.

About the WildQuest Team
The WildQuest Team is an international, unique community of individuals, each with their own very special flavour. They will support you on land, on the boat and in the water, creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You are welcomed into a safe and loving space here at WildQuest that allows relaxation to happen, the feeling of being at home.
We will be going out on the boat each day to connect with the dolphins. Usually we have a picnic lunch on the boat. We will also visit the Atlantis Stones and snorkel at coral reefs.
Everything is optional – participate if it feels right for you. There will also be some free time to relax on the beach and explore the island.
Individual massage sessions are available.
