• Uncover your innate ability to tune in to nature, the ocean and dolphins during onboard guided practices.
• Ease into a peaceful space during guided meditations and contemplations.
• Have fun and find greater ease of movement in our group stretching and yoga. Great for all bodies.
• Enjoy the camaraderie and new friendships. Space is intentionally held with loving, open hearts for a real family pod of kindred spirits to form naturally.
• Mark and Lisa have a multitude of talents, abilities and offerings at the ready that find their perfect moments throughout the trip.

• Develop your capacity for playing in the water. Snorkelling and breathing practices for Novice to Advanced.
• Learn technical tips about snorkelling gear, what to expect on the trip, and answers to any questions.
• Soothe your mind, body and spirit with a variety of yoga and meditation classes. Fully enjoy your holiday by starting it already relaxed and limber!

Leading to our departure, we will be giving online talks about our experiences and sharing information we found along the way. Among many roles we embrace, our part is to assist you in your dolphin experience. Wildquest will provide the physical vessel, and we, Mark and Lisa, will create the vessel for the bonding and supportive experience.
